Middle of my 5th Week

Diet was way off this past week. I think my mind set is losing focus. I had been keeping a food journal - maintaining at 2000 calories a day, about 200 g of protein and about 1oo g of carbs. My laptop was rebuilt, and as a result, I did not have the spreadsheet which is maintained throughout the day. As a result - I got very lazy. Well - the spreadsheet has been resurrected, and I will bet back on the wagon.

My numbers definitely reflected the poor eating habits.....I have the power to change this - I will do it ! Have I mentioned this is the HARDEST thing I've ever done?
