Starting week 4

I mentioned before about having rest days. Well - I had two in a row...Fri and Sat. I have to tell you - I HATED having 2 days off in a row - I was SOOO lethargic all weekend - although I had a stomach thing going on Fri - Sun morning. I tried to get all my food in - to refuel for today's Max Effort lift - but did not do a great job. Weekends are always bad eating days for me anyway - I'm out of my routine, and busy with the kids...I think I'll switch up my double OFF days starting this week -
Had a decent Sumo Dead Lift tonight -
I maxed out at 195. I got 205 up, but failed :(
My Box Squats were better - I maxed out at 220 :)
Tomorrow will be an off day - prepping for the "ME" Bench and Press day on Wednesday !
